When big change takes place, communication is key to ensure everyone is on the journey together. Kathleen’s role as Communications Lead for a migration programme was pivotal to the team’s success in the seamless transition from a global bank's datacentre to a private cloud. By providing centralised communications, she aligned programme objectives with real-time information to ensure key stakeholders were sufficiently informed. Her commitment and personable style positively contributed to the adoption of change for the bank.

Using her effective communication, time and team management skills, Kathleen was a key contributor within the Business Acceptance Team on a major banking platform implementation programme. As a relationship manager, she was responsible for defining the strategy, governance and production of all key deliverables used to monitor the programmes progress against business requirements.  Her dedication and enthusiasm was praised by our client, with consistent, positive feedback all round during Kathleen's time at the bank.

Kathleen is part of the current intake of the Leadership Evolution Group and an active member of Xceed's Women's Leadership Networking Group.  In her spare time, Kathleen likes to bake, blog and is known to be a bit of a book worm.
