They can be rapidly deployed for short and medium term high impact roles.

Good interim managers incorporate the roles of consultancy and programme management, planning and implementing change to ensure seamless delivery and full accountability. Industry heavyweights they are typically engaged to manage high impact change, transition or crisis where the demand doesn't warrant a permanent appointment.
