Mei started her career in the telecoms sector. By the time she left Vodafone, she was working directly for the Customer Services Director as part of a team of specialist trouble shooters. Having majored in Statistics and Operations research, Mei was also able to monitor and analyse the call stats for a 100 strong call centre team, making recommendations and producing MI for the Board of Directors. Mei gained a Masters degree in Computer Science and took up a role with the Royal Bank of Scotland where she worked closely with the Director of IT Development, helping to run a 2500+ IT organisation, driving through organisational change and delivering multi-million pound IT development Programmes.

Since joining Xceed in 2006, Mei has set up and run the Operations function for the company. She has been the driving force in securing ISO 9001:2008 accreditations. In addition to running the back office team, Mei has also taken on numerous client facing roles, delivering projects and programmes of work for clients including Barclays Bank, Thomson Reuters and Lloyds Banking Group.

Dan has over 14 years’ experience across all aspects of people and talent management, HR & Procurement, working with both fast-paced SMEs and global blue-chip organisations. He has on-site delivery experience with the largest energy & telecoms retail businesses in the UK as well as the largest American & UK banks. Dan moved on from five years in IT Recruitment into HR & Procurement Consultancy focusing on RPO Design, Delivery and Managed Service sales. He has managed onsite delivery teams that have received recognition from Personnel Today for ‘outstanding achievements in outsourcing’. He joined Xceed in 2008 to implement the most cost efficient staffing and sourcing model in London, with over 75% of hiring at Xceed done by recommendation & referral.

A PRINCE2 Practitioner he has successfully sourced positions ranging from £11,000 pa to £6m packages and day-rates from £4.00pph to £2800pd for more than 50% of the FTSE 100 as well as over 100 Start-Ups and SMEs. At Xceed, Dan is responsible for global sourcing and services, including Comms and Development (people & products). He initiated & maintains Xceed’s Continuous Improvement Programme, People Framework and the Xceed Way, along with supporting HR, Org Design & Strategy.

Mark has over 16 years experience as a senior IT manager and strategic influencer, with exceptional communication and technical skills. He has wide ranging experience in most enterprise technologies both within the financial sector and legal magic circle. Well known as an innovator of IT process and improvements, he has consistently delivered significant value and business change, with a proven ability to significantly reduce costs and transform large teams across all technology areas, while delivering large change projects. Mark has been a key contributor on projects receiving numerous industry awards, including MPF European Practice Management awards – Winner "best management of knowledge", and "Most Innovative Law Firm", as well as receiving feedback from board level such as "most important product delivered to Asian Lawyers in 2006".

As Practice Director at Xceed, Mark brings his ITIL v3 Expert, ISO:27001 qualifications and extensive process transformation experience to clients, focussing on Service Delivery, Information Security/Risk Management and Projects/Programme Management, in both the legal and financial sectors, delivering additional value, significant savings and deep best practice knowledge.

Shaun is an exceptionally effective Programme Delivery Manager with 24 years experience in financial technical infrastructure delivery. He is highly skilled in translating customer requirements into achievable solutions to deliver business benefits, thus providing a high quality of service to clients. Previous roles have demonstrated his ability to deliver large, high value complex programmes and recover failing projects by applying project management processes in a practical and efficient manner. Shaun has an instinctive ability to identify indirect opportunities for the customer and to maximise benefits (tangible and intangible) of any proposed changes. Through the use of excellent communication and inter-personal skills, he builds effective, delivery-focussed teams.

As Practice Director for Xceed's Technology Practice, Shaun manages the delivery of Infrastructure focussed professional services, including Project/Programme management, Infrastructure Architect/Roadmap development and delivery, Service Management and Virtualisation design/implementation, but has also developed a number of Xceed Service offerings within cloud computing that are proving attractive to our clients.

Mark is a highly accomplished Programme Director with over 20 years international experience of running IT & Business Change programmes, mainly working with Lloyd's brokers, Managing Agencies and Service Providers. He has an extensive background in the definition and delivery of strategic full life-cycle solutions, including legacy replacement, package implementation and business process improvement programmes. Mark's recent history includes: Sector Head for London Markets at Marsh where he was responsible for management and delivery of all IT solutions across the London Market sector; Head of Business & Technology Integration at Beazley Group where he led the business and IT Delivery teams through a period of major growth, developing from a London Market centric organisation to a truly international operation.

At Xceed, Mark leads the Insurance Practice which is focussed on IT strategy, business change management and implementation especially for the London Market.

David has over 20 years' experience within the IT industry focussed primarily on the Financial Services market where he has worked with a range of blue chip clients around the globe including Citibank, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, China Development Bank and Temasek. David has an exceptional track record of recovering failing programmes, reducing cost of delivery and achieving client satisfaction. As a programme manager & director, David has successfully delivered complex, multi-national, multi-million pound infrastructure and business change programmes. He places particular emphasis on stakeholder management and effective communication at all levels. David brings substantial Professional Services experience to his role at Xceed having led Professional Services functions at both DST Global Solutions & Misys as well as having been Head of Project Management for DEC's Financial Services Practice. He has managed budgets of over £75m and large, geographically dispersed teams, both Programme and Functional.

Jim is a highly successful senior executive with proven organisational leadership abilities in both technical and commercial disciplines. He has extensive knowledge across a broad range of technologies and business domains including Business & Organisational Change Management & Executive Leadership and he is a recognised authority on automated multi-channel contact centre solutions. He has a wealth of knowledge around Business Intelligence and a passion for Cloud Computing that he has developed over a number of years operating with SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service). Jim has comprehensive international experience, notably in establishing and leading organisations spanning diverse cultural and economic environments.

Jim has operated as a Plc Board Director and brings a wealth of negotiation and facilitation experience to his role at Xceed having worked with organisations as diverse as Apple, Standard Bank, Thomson Reuters, Ovum and Marks & Spencer.

Pat is a very experienced service director with over 27 years spent in the IT industry. He has held a variety of senior roles at Thomson Reuters and the Metropolitan Police Service where he built considerable expertise in most aspects of IT, more recently with a particular focus in business management and creating strategy. Operating at board level, Pat has a strong track record in delivering excellent customer service internationally, driving major multi-million pound change programmes and leading large operational groups in both the private and public sectors. He has had P&L accountability for significant budgets over £200m.

At Xceed, Pat focuses on major business change and transformation opportunities including transition from traditional support to ‘as a Service’ and cloud based models, helping clients recover failing programmes and turning around poorly performing technical organisations. He can provide particular value to clients in the prevention of fraud and cyber-crime initiatives in both the private and public sectors.

Joanne is a senior executive with experience in diverse and major organisations, managing, consulting and leading in strategic, technological and transformational change and product/service development. An inspirational, passionate and innovative leader, who, through a strategy focused blue printing approach, translates business vision into clear direction and enhances markets/ brand/product development. As founder and director of an award winning software services and consulting company she has demonstrated a significant multi-skilled ability at a senior level, in business development, analytical business process alignment, successful product launch of multiple software products and services, digital commerce strategy and delivery, consultancy, and systems development. She has worked as a principle consultant for a major telecommunications company giving her the benefit of managing significant budgets and heading up major programme turnaround.

As practice director at Xceed Joanne focuses on proposition based services and innovative solutions for clients.

John is a proven IT Management Professional with a 26 year track record in the Finance and Media verticals. He has worked for leading blue chip companies including Thomson Reuters, BT Syntegra, KPMG Consulting, Dimension Data and SAS Institute. He has delivered IT Programmes, Projects and Services into many Tier 1 organisations including Macquarie Bank, Bank of America, Thomson Reuters, Lloyds Banking Group, Citigroup, Barclays, Credit Suisse and Nat West. He delivers measurable improvements in the areas of IT due diligence, strategy, design, procurement, implementation and operational service management. John is CDCDP & CDCM (Certified Data Centre Design and Management) PRINCE2 and ITIL certified. John's Practice focuses on IT Service Management, Data Centres, Complex Office Relocations & Market Data Infrastructure.

Alyson is a CIMA qualified accountant with 18yrs financial management experience and a strong track record of delivering accurate & timeline financial reporting. Alyson’s career has spanned multiple industries, with management accounts and budgeting responsibility for businesses up to £115m. Alyson acts as a true business partner, fully understanding our and our clients’ businesses, enabling her to make a clear impact upon organisational effectiveness and profitability. Quick to adapt to changing requirements and different environments, Alyson has significant experience of company restructures, cost saving initiatives, tax project management and financial system implementations.

At Xceed, Alyson holds responsibility for all finance functions, including; Treasury, Budgeting, Payroll and Management Accounting for the Group.

Martin has been in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. He cut his teeth on the Senior Finance desk for a prominent city recruitment company successfully headhunting senior accountants out of Investment Banks. Martin then went on to join RPO firm, Reflect, and was onsite with The Carphone Warehouse - Europe's leading Telecoms/Retail business where he focussed on recruiting vacancies across head office. Martin joined Alexander Mann Solutions in August 2008, driving "direct" recruitment and projects within their Deloitte, Molson Coors and Xchanging accounts.

As a generalist recruiter, he has been responsible for Head office, SAP implementation, Procurement, Finance, Insurance and HR recruitment but having started out in IT himself it's IT that's his strongest suit.

John brings over 30 years experience in information technology and business operations. He has an excellent track record in program, project and people management resulting in many successful implementations of new technologies, product lines and business models. He has extensive international experience with IT enabled initiatives resulting in operational and human resource efficiencies and business successes.

John has worked at Chief Executive and Director level and is currently the Managing Director of Xceed Consultancy Services Inc., an Xceed Group Company, based in New York.

Peter is a management professional with 25 years experience in the Financial Services industry. Proven track record in IT Operations, Networks and Customer Service Delivery. Extensive experience in transformation programs leveraging Data Centre and Network rationalization. Successful completion of Data Center optimization projects including managing product capabilities and migrations to next generation customer facing networks.

Multi-disciplined leader with problem solving across corporate organizations, is currently Director of Practice Delivery for Xceed Consultancy Services Inc., an Xceed Group Company, based in New York.

David has over 15 years’ commercial experience in both customer and partner facing roles working with Compaq, Symantec, Morse and 2e2. He has overseen the commercial arrangements for professional services and IT solutions for clients including Barclays Bank, Barclays Capital, Tesco Bank, Royal London & National Australia Group. Coupled with his Financial Services experience, David has also delivered technology services to a broad spectrum of Scottish clients including Scottish Power, Scottish Water, Renfrewshire Council, Glasgow City Council, STV & Babcock Marine. David is a highly dedicated and motivated individual focused on delivering a successful client outcome based on understanding client objectives and aligning solutions that deliver value.

David will be spearheading Xceed’s expansion in Scotland and will be responsible for all commercial & business development as well as on-going client relationship management.
