Our Associate Network is integral to our ability to deploy a wide range of technical and industry expertise without carrying substantial overheads that drive up the cost to our clients. Our Associates are typically independent consultants with an excellent track record of successful delivery. Crucially, we will always conduct rigorous background checks and references on all new Associates as well as in depth competency based interviews. However, the majority of our Associates are people we have worked with directly so we know their style and strengths from personal experience.

Xceed Associates play an important role in augmenting our permanent Consultants during periods of high demand or on niche technical projects where we don't have the skills available in-house. They are a legitimate part of the Xceed family and we look after them accordingly. Associates all have an engagement manager to turn to for support or issue resolution and we meet with them regularly to monitor progress and provide guidance when needed.
