The CIO of a large multi-national bank asked Xceed Group to provide guidance and direction on a major migration and transformation programme within one of its Core Global Business Divisions.

After having missed previous implementation dates, the Xceed Group team joined and both initial European sites went live on the revised implementation date.

I write to congratulate you on the successful system conversion. Please pass my thanks to our colleagues who have worked very long hours over many weeks to get this over the line. A great outcome with credit to many; all of whom I thank. Well done

CEO, Global Bank

  • Strategic refocusing of the project direction
  • A revitalised organisation
  • Improved project results described by the client as “nothing less than a turnaround”

It is great to see such a positive launch with associated recognition from the Management team. We had lots of
help from many outstanding people, but a special thank you to this team. Congratulations and Thank you. It is a
pleasure to be associated with such a group!

Group CIO, Global Bank

This was of particular importance because it helped ensure that prior to ‘Go Live’ all requirements were met, with key evidence items collated, which ensured that we were meeting all core audit and banking regulations for Go Live. Xceed’s involvement in this project was key because we helped them across a number of key areas (Planning, business readiness, model office training, testing and stabilisation) which enabled them to overcome numerous problems encountered along the way, while remaining on track for delivery, which all collectively contributed to final implementation and go live, which was a success.

During a large scale Data Migration project for one of the world’s largest banks, serving around 46 million clients, I played a pivotal role as part of a team to bring the programme back on track after several failed implementation dates.

Xceed’s involvement was to provide rigor and discipline for this mission critical programme. Xceed provided consultants with a wealth of experience and our own bespoke tool, Proceed – A Toolset which helps Executives to picture and understand the massive volume of activities involved in a large scale migration programme. I genuinely believe that a combination of Strong PMs and good planning (both supplied by Xceed) were key contributors to getting the programme over the line.
